We use "Simple Help" to remotely connect to client workstations over the Internet. This helps us quickly assist with issues and help clients resolve problems. To join a Web-based Session:
- Click the "Get Desktop Support" link below.
- Install/Allow Java if prompted.
- Allow the session to connect by unblocking or allowing the incoming connection if prompted by your firewall or web browser.
